Medical Access Profile

Your pharmacy accommodations, arranged before you arrive.

Medical Access Profile lets you tell a pharmacy what access accommodations you need ahead of your visit. The ASL interpreter is booked, the braille prescription label is ready, and the staff know how to reach you when it’s your turn.

Why it matters.

Today access needs travel by word of mouth. Every visit starts from zero: you explain your needs again, out loud at a public counter, to whoever happens to be on shift. Without a heads-up, staff are left scrambling. Many people quietly stop asking. The research shows what that costs:

What you can request.

Access Profile covers the accommodations that make a visit work:

How a request works.

  1. 1. Build your access profile

Pick the accommodations you need and add the specifics: which signed language you use, how staff should notify you, how to involve your support person.

  2. 2. Request them for a visit

Before a pickup, vaccination, or consultation, send the request to the pharmacy with your service date and time window.

  3. 3. Staff confirm and prepare

The pharmacy team reviews each accommodation, confirms it or proposes an alternative you can accept or decline, and marks everything prepared before you walk in.

Access Profile holds access needs, never diagnoses.

No medications, no prescriptions, no insurance information. Staff see what to prepare, not why. Each request is consented per visit and scoped to the location serving you, and you can review, cancel, or export what you’ve shared at any time. Every staff action is recorded, reviews have deadlines, and unanswered requests escalate automatically.

Bring Access Profile to your facility.

If you run a pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or other care facility, email us to discuss bringing Access Profile to your locations. Your team gets a clear queue of upcoming visits, guidance for each accommodation, and a workflow for confirming and preparing. No improvising at the counter. Customers who want to join the pilot are welcome to write too.

Access Profile is in an early controlled pilot. The demo portal is a public demonstration with fictional pharmacy locations. Explore both the customer and staff experiences, and please don’t enter real medical information.
